Greensboro’s own Citified opened for Blind Pilot at Studio B on Thursday. Here are some sound check photos.
I was fortunate enough to assist David Driveway Moore, sound engineer extraordinaire, run sound for Citified and Blind Pilot. We got there really early and set up everything, then ran through sound checks for both bands.
Chris Jackson, who fronts Citified, was concerned about the boominess of the room. Electric bands can really over power a room like Studio B, but all concerns were turned to bliss, thanks to the presence of mind of the band and the excellent work of Driveway.
Another great show presented by Giant Invisible Cyclops. Many more to come.
