ArtBeat Greensboro 2009 (May 1-10) is going to be sweet. We’ve had the great pleasure of interviewing several wonderful artists who make Greensboro a thriving, inspiring place to be. We’ve heard opera, poems, spoken word, theatre anecdotes and tales of the Greensboro Symphony right here in the Kitchen. It has been a very interesting, delightful experience. Carolyn de Berry is a partner, producer and photographer for Monkeywhale Productions. Hailing from Portland, CT Carolyn now lives in Greensboro, NC where she spends much time plotting world domination with her fellow Monkeywhalers, loading and unloading gear, making coffee, copying release forms, shooting b-roll video, and documenting the craziness of the Monkeywhale’s journey with production stills and behind the scenes coverage.
