ArtBeat Greensboro is a weeklong celebration of the Arts, May 1st-10th.

Company manager of the Greensboro Opera Company, Elena DeAngelis is a native of New York from a family of railroad employees.  A graduate of UNC-G, she now lives in Greensboro, North Carolina.

In this interview she talks about her love of Metallica, Performance and the strong local support for Opera.

The Greensboro Opera Company will be performing, The Telephone and Trouble in Tahiti as part of the citywide ArtBeat festival.

Harvey K. Robinson is the cinematographer, editor, and director at Monkeywhale Productions. Originally from Derby, England he now resides in Greensboro, NC where he began a web series documenting musicians and artists from all over the country. With a background in Directing at NC School of the Arts and many years spent as a professional actor, Harvey brings a multi-disciplinary approach to each new creative endeavor whether it be a short film, music video, documentary, or commercial.
