Hiram Ring: Behind the Scenes

1 Comments 20 Apr, 2009

Hiram Ring came to our kitchen on a damp Sunday afternoon in March.   After a tiring week of bands in and out of the Kitchen, Hiram gently walked up our stairs with just his guitar and a tiny video camera he’s using to vlog every day as he travels the country playing music and meeting new people.  He had a cup of tea, told us a bit about his extensive travels and sang us some songs.  Our cat tried to curl up in his guitar case.

Hiram’s visit was a breath of fresh air.  It was a reminder that you can do anything in this world if you’re smart about it.  And kind.  And gracious.

Thank you for finding us, Hiram. We’re so glad you did.  Happy travels!
