Tim Betts Band: Behind the Scenes

2 Comments 20 Sep, 2009

We were excited when Tim Betts was finally in town long enough to do a Kitchen session.  When he showed up with Chuck and Chris we were extra excited.  When various members of his family showed up with his daughter Victoria we were that much more excited.  These guys have been playing amazing music for a long time.  If you’ve never caught one of their shows, you really should do yourself a favor and head out to the Blind Tiger next time they play in town.  Be prepared to have your mind blown a little.  For the record, Chris Carroll was not feeling well at all the day they came to the Kitchen, but like a true pro he stuck it out under the hot lights for several takes until we had what we needed.  I was more than impressed.
